Multi-Terminal & Multi-Carrier

The largest logistics contractors don't run one operation — they run several. CSP + DSP + Flex under one entity, across multiple terminals, with different carrier agreements, vehicle classes, and dispute windows. SubOps unifies the audit under one tenant.

The multi-entity challenge

Running FedEx Ground CSP routes alongside Amazon DSP vans and Flex blocks means three different settlement formats, three different dispute timelines, and three different vehicle fleets. Traditional back-office tools treat each as a separate accounting entity. SubOps treats them as one operation with per-carrier views.

Key point: The rule engine is carrier-agnostic by design. FedEx rules (R001–R025) are the seed corpus. Amazon DSP rules will run on the same executor with carrier-specific parsers and evidence-pack templates. The evidence graph, dispute state machine, and tenant model carry forward without rewrite.

Fleet across carriers

A multi-carrier operator might run 15 Transits for FedEx, 25 Rivian EDVs for Amazon, and driver-owned vehicles for Flex. SubOps' fitment engine handles all four platforms in the parts catalog (Transit, Sprinter, MT45, NPR) and transparently surfaces the Rivian dealer-locked constraint for EDV operators.

Note: Amazon DSP expansion is the next carrier vertical. See the product strategy for the sequencing thesis. Current SubOps customers can onboard as FedEx audit users today and add Amazon DSP when the vertical ships.
