SubOps pricing is designed to align our incentives with yours. Flat monthly plans for the platform, plus a success-fee gainshare that means SubOps only earns premium revenue when you recover real money.

Success-fee gainshare

SubOps earns a percentage of verified recoveries — no savings, no fee. This aligns our incentives with yours: we build better detection because we share in the outcome.

Key point: Gainshare applies only to verified recoveries — money that lands back in your account or a documented cost reduction. Findings that you dismiss, or disputes that FedEx denies, incur no success fee.

Most SubOps customers land between $580–$700/mo blended ARPU (plan + gainshare + fleet add-on), with gainshare only accruing on actual recoveries. A typical P&D contractor running 20 vehicles on the Growth plan would pay:
